1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. The Service
ContentBrother is an AI-powered content-generation tool. Output is generated by large language models and is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content you publish.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Paid plans (Pro, Creator Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
- 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Request it through chat or the contact form. We process approved refunds within 1 business day; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect the current billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material involving minors;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
5. Ownership of Content
You own the inputs you provide and, subject to your compliance with these Terms, the outputs generated for you. We retain ownership of the Service, our prompts, models, and underlying technology.
Your uploads
You confirm that you own or have permission to use anything you upload, that it includes no one's confidential or personal information without their permission, and that you are responsible for any claims arising from it.
What you publish
AI output can be wrong. Review it before posting. Don't publish numbers, results, testimonials or claims you can't back up.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting & auth), and large-model providers (Google Gemini). Their terms also apply to your use.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentBrother's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, paid subscriptions will not be refunded except as required by law or as described in Section 3.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
