- Content prompts: the inputs you submit to generate content.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

- Usage analytics (pages viewed, features used, generation counts).

2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

- Lovable (app hosting, database and AI gateway)
- Google (Gemini AI models, reached through Lovable's AI gateway)
- Stripe (payments)

- Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
4. AI Processing
Your inputs and uploaded files are sent through Lovable's AI gateway to Google's Gemini models to generate your content. We have asked Lovable not to use our customers' data to train AI models. Outputs are stored in your account history so you can revisit them.
Newsletter
We email our newsletter only to people who sign up for it. Every email includes our name, mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes take effect within 10 business days.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can delete generated content from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account, — we will erase your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and depending on your location (EU/UK/California/India and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
